2. Services

2.1 Buy Phones

New and refurbished smartphones. Descriptions are informational; we strive for accuracy but don’t guarantee error-free content.

2.2 Sell / Exchange

Final valuation after physical inspection. Online quote = estimate only, not binding.

2.3 Repair

Estimates after diagnosis, valid 7 days. Genuine or compatible parts used. Turnaround is estimated.

3. Pricing

• All prices in INR, inclusive of GST
• Prices subject to change without notice
• We reserve right to correct pricing errors
• Sell/exchange: final price after physical inspection only

4. Payment

Cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Bank Transfer, Cards, EMI on select products. We do NOT store card details. Online payments via PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

5. Sell / Exchange Terms

• You must be lawful owner; device must not be stolen/lost/blacklisted
• Valid government photo ID mandatory
• IMEI verified and recorded as required by law
• Stolen/illegal devices reported to law enforcement
• Data backup is seller’s responsibility; we perform factory reset
• Seller warrants device is free from liens/encumbrances

6. Repair Terms

• Free diagnosis; repair starts after your approval
• 3 months warranty on repaired component only
• Excludes: physical/water damage, unauthorized tampering, normal wear
• Not responsible for data loss during repair
• Unrepairable = no charge; unclaimed after 90 days may be disposed

7. Product Warranty

• New: manufacturer warranty per brand
• Refurbished: 6 months AS Mobile Gallery warranty
• Covers manufacturing defects only
• Excludes: physical/water damage, rooting/jailbreaking
• Void if opened by unauthorized persons; original bill required

8. Intellectual Property

All content is our property or suppliers’, protected by Indian and international IP laws. “AS Mobile Gallery” is our trademark. Brand logos are trademarks of respective owners.

9. User Conduct

You agree NOT to: use unlawfully, provide false info, sell stolen goods, disrupt website, gain unauthorized access, use bots, impersonate, transmit malware, post offensive content.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Total liability ≤ amount paid for specific transaction
• Not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages
• Not liable for force majeure or third-party actions

11. Indemnification
